Once Booked, refund is not provided upon cancelation.
If there is someone in the family or a friend for whom you wish to perform puja, you can contact mandir directly or create an account on in their name by adding your own contact details.
If you do not have an email ID, you can use your mobile number for registration as well. You will receive your password through text SMS. However, you can only use Indian mobile numbers to receive SMS.
If in case you do not receive your password either via email or text SMS, contact Brihaspati Dham Mandir.
Only Indian mobile numbers will receive SMS.
In this case, please contact Brihaspati Mandir immediately and provide us with the email or mobile number which you used to book puja.
You can access your booked Puja Receipt by logging into your account at and going under the My Orders tab.
You can reset your password by clicking on the forgot password link at the login page. In case you do not have access to the mobile number or email id used during the registration, contact Brihaspati Mandir.
Yes, if you want to delete your account, contact mandir.
