How is the personalised Kundli delivered? +

Fill in your birth details (date, time, place) on your member dashboard. Our priests prepare your Kundli analysis and then call you within 7-8 working days to share the findings, walk you through what they mean, and answer any questions you have. You can also ask up to 3 specific questions in advance for the priests to address on the call.

Does it auto-renew? +

No. It's a one-time annual payment for 365 days of benefits. We email you a friendly reminder around 15 days before your year ends. You renew only if you want to.

What payment methods do you accept? +

INR via PayU (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). USD and GBP via PayPal. All transactions are TLS-secured. We never store card details on our servers.

Can I see proof that the havan happened? +

Yes. Daily havan is broadcast live every morning on our Facebook page. Members also receive a weekly recap email with photos and a short video. You can verify any day's havan against the live feed.

What happens after my year ends? +

Your membership benefits stop on day 366 unless you renew. Your account stays active forever -- you can re-up any time, and your details (Kundli birth info etc.) stay ready for you.
